case study
Nui Phao, Vietnam
Located in the north west of Vietnam in rough terrain jungle, the Nui Phao project is a polymetallic deposit, with an initial Ore Reserve of 53Mt. The site has been defined to contain; tungsten, fluorite, bismuth and copper mineralisation. Mine production is designed to produce 3.5 Mtpa of ore for a multistream processing plant – The mine is a leading global producer of tungsten and acid-grade fluorspar. The site is a Fly-in / Fly out operation employing over 2,000 employees, contractors and local personnel.

Ok Tedi, Papua New Guinea
Located in the Western Province of Papua New Guinea, Ok Tedi Mine is the longest running open-pit copper, gold and silver mine in Papua New Guinea. Ore is mined and processed at an onsite flotation processing plant capable of treating up to 24 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa).
Lihir, Papua New Guinea
Lihir Island is located on a geothermally active extinct volcanic crater in the New Ireland Province of Papua New Guinea and is one of the world’s largest producing gold mines. The processing plant consisting of crushing, grinding, flotation, pressure oxidation and NCA circuit. Our Partnership International Mill Relines has serviced the Lihir project since 2020.
Martabe, Indonesia
Located in Northern Sumatra the mine produces more than 300,000 oz of Gold and 2-3 million oz of Silver annually. The plant consists of a crushing & stockpile ore reclaim area, grinding & classification, leaching (CIL) & absorption, carbon desorption & regeneration, cyanide detoxification, tailings storage facility and a clean water polishing plant.
Masbate Gold, Philippines
Located on the Northern tip of Masbate Island (Philippines) this remote mine site has a process plant that is a conventional carbon-in-leach (CIL) facility consisting of primary crushing, SAG/Ball Mill grinding circuit with pebble crushing, leaching, absorption, elution, electrowinning and smelting gold recovery stages; and a cyanide detoxification stage for treating process plant tails.
The Granites, Australia
Located in one of Australia’s harshest and most remote deserts, the mine site has an astronomical annual gold production of 459,000 attributable ounces and can process 2.5 million tonnes of ore a year. The treatment plant consists of a crushing and grinding facility and a carbon-in- pulp (CIP) circuit.
