Case Study: Nui PHao
Located in the rugged northwest highlands of Vietnam, Nui Phao is one of the world’s leading polymetallic operations — a remote, fly-in fly-out site producing tungsten, fluorspar, bismuth, and copper. When the mine required a simultaneous six-mill shutdown over just four days, IMR was engaged for our deep technical knowledge of the site and our proven ability to execute in high-risk, high-pressure environments.
