Mill Relines
We offer a global mill relining service by experienced, safety driven workers, overseen by genuine industry veterans.
We have extensive experience in the development, installation, refitting and replacement of all types of lining systems available for Ball, SAG and Rod Mills. We bring the right tools, the right people, we always turn up on time and we are there till the job is done. If the scope of works varies we will adapt to your instruction. Gold Recovery IMR train and manage all workers to manage GBM (Gold Bearing Materials) to GSS (Gold Security Standards). We utilise a variety of methods (site dependent) to ensure safe and efficient collection of accumulated metals from used lining. Bolt Torquing Broken or loose liner bolts can lead to unscheduled stoppages and loss of productivity. We use finely calibrated, purpose-built equipment to tension these to bolt manufacturers specifications.what we do
Liner Installations
The more you engage with customers the clearer things become and the easier it is to determine what you should be doing.
Without the correct planning, knowledge, execution and equipment there are numerous challenges created for initial liner fittings during a mill installation. IMR can provide labour, custom equipment and the experience to ensure a safe and efficient liner installation to your deadline.
We are often contracted to fix ill fitted liners or to advise (often by the manufacturers) on proper liner installation. We are happy to send you a single consultant or a full crew.

Scheduled and shutdown maintenance
Here is a simple but powerful rule: always give people more than what they expect to get.
IMR maintains a staff of experienced and qualified Boilermakers, Fitters, Riggers and Trade Assistants led by Veteran Industry Supervisors available for any of your Shut-down or onsite Maintenance Works. All our workers adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IS0 31000 and ISO 45001 aligned policies and procedures and are fully trained and inducted prior to being allowed site access.We are committed to the ongoing development, training and retention of our staff. This is evidenced in the fact that our senior operations group have now been working together for 25 years. We take pride in providing a quality, timely and incident free service.

Backing rubber installations and repair
Spend a lot of time talking to customers face to face. You’d be amazed how many companies don’t listen to their customers.
We offer a complete service to repair or replace mill backing rubber. From small repairs to total backing replacement we can offer a complete solution. We have an experienced UHP water blasting and abrasive blasting contractor available to coordinate a full-service offering.
